A palletiser is a machine at the end of a manufacturing line which stacks cases of goods or products onto a pallet automatically. They remove the stress, expense and time requirement of loading and sorting onto pallets manually and are good for convenient, high-volume shipping.
This is a hand operated, device used to stack and organise factory products onto a pallet. Otherwise known as Pallet Jacks, they provide a versatile and efficient non-powered solution for lifting and transporting palletised cargo around warehouses and factories.
Robotic palletisers consist of a hydraulic robotic arm which lifts your product and neatly organises it onto a pallet. Robotic palletisers can only lift one item at a time, yet they are much faster than manual stacking and can easily accommodate different pallet patterns and product types.
Low-Level and High-Level Palletizers
These both work in the same way with conveyors and a feed area, but a low-level loads products from the ground level and high-level loads products from above. Either way, the packages are continuously transferred to, and sorted onto, the pallets and help increase your shipping and packaging capability.
